  • 2 Large onions approx. 200 g
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Yesterday's rolls

  • 1 tbsp Mild curry powder
  • 0,5 tbsp Ground coriander
  • 150 g Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  • Clean, wash and finely dice the paprika (red + yellow). Peel the onions and finely dice them. Peel the garlic cloves and dice them very finely. Soak yesterday's rolls in water and squeeze them out well. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Put all ingredients (500 g beef mince, red + yellow bell pepper cubes, onion cubes, garlic clove cubes, 4 well-squeezed rolls from yesterday, spring onion rings, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp mild curry powder and ½ tbsp ground coriander) in a large bowl and mix well / knead. Shape meatballs with moistened hands, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with sunflower oil in portions until golden-brown. Makes about 20 paprika pellets. Serve the bell peppers with a sweet chili sauce. Serve with baguette.
