Gourmet Fillet on Bed of Lettuce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Gourmet Filet frozen / Bordelaise with a spicy herb crust 400 g
  • 300 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 Red bell pepper approx. 150 g
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Mild yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Cook the gourmet fillet in the oven according to the instructions on the package. Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into strips. Mix the Chinese cabbage strips with the paprika strips and serve with a vinaigrette made from olive oil (2 tbsp), mild yogurt (2 tbsp), light rice vinegar (1 tbsp), liquid honey (1 tbsp), coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches) and colored pepper Turn on the grinder (3 big pinches). Spread the lettuce on 2 decorative plates, place ½ gourmet fillet on each and serve.
