Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 bell peppers
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- Oregano, dried
- 150 g ricotta
- 75 g farfalle or other pasta
- salt water
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Finely dice the onion and garlic and gently sauté in olive oil over low heat, seasoning with a little salt and sugar. Finely slice the bell pepper and spring onions, add them to the onions, and sauté over medium heat. Season with salt, sugar, and plenty of pepper and oregano. Then add the ricotta, mix with the vegetables, and after about two minutes, add the cooked pasta. Let it warm through once more and serve.
