  • 2 bell peppers, green

Instructions

Melt the butter and brown the ground beef in it. Add the semolina and the cleaned and thinly sliced ​​bell peppers. Continue to simmer vigorously, then add the broth and simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes. The bell peppers should be tender. Finally, stir in the grated cheese and season the soup with salt and paprika.
