Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 30 g butter
- 150 g minced meat
- 45 g semolina
- 2 bell peppers, green
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 150 g cheese, grated
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Melt the butter and brown the ground beef in it. Add the semolina and the cleaned and thinly sliced bell peppers. Continue to simmer vigorously, then add the broth and simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes. The bell peppers should be tender. Finally, stir in the grated cheese and season the soup with salt and paprika.
