Paprika spoon with Parmesan on basil leaf and herb curd

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), preferably yellow
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 cup herb curd
  • 50 g Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Using a sharp knife, cut narrow strips from the top of the pepper stem down to the bottom. You’ll have about 20 strips, resembling a spoon handle. Then, place a dollop of herb curd on the end of the pepper. Then, place a basil leaf on top, and sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese. This was my son’s invention when he was six, and it tastes amazing. Enjoy!
