Chicory with dates and goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g dates, pitted
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 2 chicory, trimmed, cut into boats
  • 200 g goat’s cheese
  • Peppercorns, pink, coarsely crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the dates into thin strips. Roughly chop the nuts and fill the chicory boats with the shredded goat’s cheese. Top with the date strips. Sprinkle with crushed pink peppercorns. Delicious as an aperitif or on a buffet.
