Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 250 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

WW suitable

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the oil until translucent. Brown the tomato paste in it, add water, add the finely chopped bell peppers, and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat. Season to taste. This dish is especially delicious with schnitzel and rice.
