Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g Parma ham
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, good
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- some salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 50 g Parmesan, fresh sliced
- 100 g cocktail tomatoes, small
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the balsamic vinegar with the olive oil. Season with salt and sugar. Arrange the ham and small cocktail tomatoes on a plate, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with the shaved Parmesan cheese.
