Parma ham marinated with balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g Parma ham
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, good
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 50 g Parmesan, fresh sliced
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes, small

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the balsamic vinegar with the olive oil. Season with salt and sugar. Arrange the ham and small cocktail tomatoes on a plate, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with the shaved Parmesan cheese.
