Very original starter – easy to make!

Deseed and peel the melon, then cut into small pieces. Blend with salt and pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice using a hand blender. Season to taste, and the melon dressing is ready. Arrange the salad nicely on a plate with the Parma ham and mozzarella, drizzle with the melon dressing, and serve. Super light, yet elegant and delicious.
