Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bell peppers, red, yellow or mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic clove(s)
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 cup of Cremefine
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- some olive oil
- chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wash and trim the bell peppers, and cut them into large pieces. If desired, you can peel the peppers with a vegetable peeler. Roughly chop the onion and garlic. Add a little oil to a pot and sauté the onions and garlic. Briefly fry the diced bell peppers, then add the vegetable stock and cook for about 10 minutes until soft. Puree everything and season with cream, pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley. For a spicier twist, add chili flakes. Meatballs are a perfect accompaniment for meat lovers.
