Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g Parmesan or other hard cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Finely grate Parmesan or other hard cheese and sprinkle it densely on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cheese layer for about 10 minutes until it is golden brown. Then break it into small pieces. The crackers are also great for decorating various dishes. Caution: Keep an eye on the cheese mixture; it must not get too dark, otherwise it will become bitter.
