Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g semolina
- 100 g quark
- 1 egg white
- 1 ½ tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the semolina, quark, egg whites, and Parmesan cheese until smooth, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Using two teaspoons, scoop out dumplings from the mixture, place them in boiling salted water, and let stand for about 10 minutes.
