with minced meat, tomato sauce and cheese – baked
Flatten the schnitzel, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder, then coat in flour and then in egg. Mix 15g of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs and coat the schnitzel with them. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the schnitzel for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm. Fry the minced meat in the frying fat for about 5 minutes, then add the onions and crushed garlic and fry until the onions are browned. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Dust with flour, sauté. Deglaze with water and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the schnitzel in a baking dish, spread the meat sauce on top. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted. It goes well with rigatoni or spaghetti and a green salad. French fries also go well with it.
