- 4 small zucchini, total approx. 400-500 g
- 1 egg white
- 20 g Parmesan, grated
- 20 g breadcrumbs
- Paprika powder
- Salt
- pepper

Cut the zucchini into slices (or sticks). Roll the slices in lightly beaten egg whites, then roll them in breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese seasoned with paprika, salt, and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes until crispy. Baking the zucchini instead of frying them keeps them very low in calories!
