Parsnip Salad with Herring
The perfect parsnip salad with herring recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- 400 g Parsnips
- 200 g Carrots
- Salt pepper
- 4 Bismarck herring fillets from the jar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop.
- Wash and clean the parsnips and carrots and cut into 1 cm cubes.
- Boil in salted water for 8 minutes, allow to cool.
- Dice herring fillets and place in a salad bowl with 4 tablespoons of vinegar stock, oil and mustard and stir.
- Add the cooled vegetables and parsley, mix everything loosely, season again with salt and pepper.
