Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg flour, type 405
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 packets of dry yeast
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mixture), frozen
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Place everything in a bowl and knead thoroughly. Let it rise in the oven at 50°C for one hour. Knead again. Shape into a loaf, let it rise for another quarter of an hour, and then bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C fan-assisted oven.
