Spaghetti with fresh tomatoes and shrimp

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 pack of brunch, paprika pepper
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes, or 2 large diced tomatoes
  • 12 shrimp(s)
  • possibly Pepper
  • possibly cream or milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil. If you like it spicy, add some chili peppers. Then add the tomatoes and shrimp. When the tomatoes are nice and mushy and the shrimp are just cooked through, quickly add the packet of Brunch sauce to the pan and let it melt slowly. If the sauce doesn’t reach the desired consistency, stir in a splash of milk or cream.
