Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 jacket potatoes from the previous day
- 5 apples
- 5 small onions, red
- 5 eggs, hard boiled
- 5 large gherkins
- 250 g remoulade
- 2 jars of salmon schnitzel
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 13 hours
looks good – tastes good – easy to prepare
Cut all ingredients into small cubes and place in a bowl. Drain the salmon schnitzels. Add them along with the remoulade and mix. Let stand for a few hours (preferably overnight) before serving.
