Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 jar salmon (salmon substitute)
  • 6 small gherkins
  • 6 large jacket potatoes
  • 4 small apples
  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 3 onions
  • Salt
  • ½ jar of remoulade

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Dice the gherkins, peeled potatoes, apples, onions, and 4 eggs and mix together. Fold in the drained salmon substitute and the remoulade. Season with salt and pepper and let stand for 2 hours. Season again before serving and garnish with a quartered egg.
