can be well prepared

Finely chop the onions, sauté in olive oil, and deglaze with red wine. Meanwhile, finely chop the remaining vegetables and sausages. Add the carrot and celery, along with the stock, red wine, and Asian sauce, and simmer briefly. Add the spices and continue simmering with the curry sauce and a little stock. Cook the peppers; they shouldn’t get too soft. Finally, add the Krakow sausages and chorizo, bring to a boil briefly, and finish with cream. Add the fresh bean sprouts and season to taste. Since the Asian sauce is quite spicy, you don’t usually need to add any more seasoning.
