Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml water, lukewarm

- ½ pack of dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar or syrup
- Grains and kernels
- 1 cup of water, for the oven
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Add all ingredients, except for the seeds and the cup of water, to the bread baking pan one at a time. Set the oven to “knead dough.” Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit) and place the cup of water in the bottom of the oven. When the dough is ready (my bread baking pan takes 1.5 hours), remove it from the oven and form small balls. Dip them in the various seeds, moistening them slightly if necessary. Place a springform pan on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Distribute the dough balls in it and let rise for 15 minutes. Bake at 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
