Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl tequila
  • 2 cl Triple Sec
  • 1 cl syrup (lime syrup)
  • e.g. passion fruit juice
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Freeze the passion fruit juice and make slash ice with it. For example, like this: Pour the juice into a sturdy freezer bag and let it solidify in the freezer. Then crush or break the block in the bag. Mix a cocktail with the remaining ingredients and top with the slash ice. Add two more ice cubes to the glass to prevent the slash ice from melting as quickly. Serve with a straw.
