Jules’s version of a fruity mojito
Place the mint, lime juice, 2 lime segments, and the cane sugar into a glass and muddle with a wooden muddler. Add the passion fruit core and the rum. Add 6-8 ice cubes and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a straw and 1-2 mint leaves.
