Ingredients

  • 100 g Whole wheat spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Low fat quark
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Grated pizza cheese
  • 1 small Can of tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 Slices of cooked ham
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Mix the quark, egg, 2/3 of the cheese and spices. Mix in the drained pasta and put everything in a lightly greased baking dish. Drain the tomatoes but collect the juice. Spread the tomatoes over everything and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  • Bake at 180 degrees with convection oven. In the meantime, bring the tomato juice and ketchup to the boil, dice the ham and add it. When the casserole is ready, simply pour the sauce over it and serve. But you can also add the sauce to the spaghetti and stir.
  • This is the basic recipe, but I used twice as much of everything because I cooked for several people. But it also tasted good.
