Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500g penne
- 1 pack of chicken strips
- 1 pack of bacon
- some fat for frying
- 150 g leaf spinach
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 pack of cream
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 100 g Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Chop the bacon and chicken into small pieces. Fry the bacon in a large pot with a little fat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pot. Fry the finely chopped chicken in the same pot. Remove the chicken from the pot as well. Add the bacon to the pot along with the 4 crushed garlic cloves, the spinach leaves, salt, and pepper; cook until the spinach leaves collapse. Then add the meat to the spinach along with the milk, cream, and the raw pasta and stir. Cook until the pasta is al dente. It is important to continue simmering the mixture after it has boiled, stirring constantly. When the pasta is al dente, stir in the Parmesan cheese and serve.
