Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ pack of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 watermelon(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (date balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • some milk (a small splash)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
  • n. B. sugar
  • e.g. mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, wash and dry the lamb’s lettuce, then place it in a bowl. Cut the watermelon, tomatoes, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl. For the vinaigrette, combine all the liquid ingredients. Add salt and pepper, and a little sugar or mustard, if desired. Mix everything thoroughly and pour over the shredded lettuce. Toast the pine nuts in a pan and sprinkle them over the salad. Now the salad is ready to serve!
