Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 500 g broccoli
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 200 ml hollandaise sauce
- 200 g mozzarella, grated
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the pasta as usual until al dente and place it in a greased casserole dish. Cook the broccoli in 2 liters of water, 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock, and 2 teaspoons of salt until tender, then drain. Cover the pasta with cream and arrange the broccoli on top. Drizzle with the hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
