Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp powder (protein), e.g. chocolate
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • n. B. Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for 10 pieces, with protein powder

Preheat oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with the sweetener until stiff. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the low-fat quark until smooth. Stir in the egg white powder and almonds. The batter should now be quite firm. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes.
