Pasta and broccoli casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 cup sour cream, 200 g
  • ½ cup cream, 200 g, alternatively milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g gratin cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

vegetarian, quick and easy

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Divide the broccoli into florets. Just before the pasta is finished cooking, add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Mix the sour cream with the cream, eggs, and about 1/3 of the cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Drain the pasta and broccoli and place in a greased baking dish. Pour the cream and egg sauce over the pasta, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake the casserole for about 20-30 minutes, until the cheese has melted and is the desired degree of browning.
