Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 300 g broccoli, frozen
- 300 ml milk
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- Herbs
- nutmeg
- 150 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Place the frozen broccoli in a baking dish. Combine the egg with milk and seasonings and pour over the broccoli. Place in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius. Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain and spread it on the already baked casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking until the cheese is golden brown and melted.
