Pasta and cucumber salad with tzatziki

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g Kritharaki (rice-shaped noodles)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 250g tzatziki
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the noodles and let them cool. Quarter the cucumber lengthwise and then thinly slice. Mix everything together and season to taste.
