Pasta and olive salad with vinegar and oil dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g spaghetti
  • 75 g olives with pepper filling
  • 30 g oil
  • 30 g vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Slice the olives and make a dressing with the remaining ingredients. Mix the drained pasta with the olives and the dressing well and let stand for half an hour. Then arrange and serve.
