Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp herbs, e.g. frozen
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • ½ tsp mustard, hot
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 32 minutes

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Dice tomatoes, slice spring onions, and combine everything in a bowl. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients and pour over the pasta, tomatoes, and spring onions. Mix and let stand for at least 2 hours.
