Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g broccoli
- 400 g carrot(s)
- 200 g tagliatelle pasta
- 400 ml milk, low-fat
- 4 eggs
- e.g. salt and pepper
- nutmeg

Divide the broccoli into small florets and wash. Trim and slice the carrots. Boil plenty of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Add the vegetables during the last 5 minutes of cooking time and cook. Pour everything into a sieve, rinse with cold water, and drain. Carefully whisk the milk and eggs until evenly combined, then season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the vegetable and pasta mixture into a silicone mold (or greased casserole dish) and pour the topping over it. Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan oven) and bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes.
