A slightly different pasta bake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, cooked (or whole wheat pasta)
  • 50 g corn
  • 50 g carrot(s), grated
  • 50 g zucchini, grated
  • 150 g sour milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 slice(s) cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • Herbs
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Combine the precooked pasta with the vegetables and place in a small casserole dish. Mix the sour cream with very finely diced onions, the egg, and the herbs and spices. Pour over the pasta and vegetable mixture. Place the slice of cheese on top and bake in the oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad. Light and delicious, though the sour cream makes it unusual.
