Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g whole wheat pasta (spirelli)
  • salt water
  • 6 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 handful of basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp Gouda, grated
  • 1 banana(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • chili powder
  • possibly tomato(s), sliced

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. In the meantime, mix the passata with the cream, finely chop the basil, and fold it in. Season the finished sauce with salt, pepper, sugar, and chili. Slice the banana. In a bowl, mix the cooled pasta with the tomato sauce. Layer the pasta and banana slices in a small baking dish. If you like, you can add a few tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with some cheese to finish. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes.
