Pasta bake with halloumi topping

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 1 pack of vegetables (buttered vegetables, frozen)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 jar tomato sauce with ricotta
  • 2 packs of cheese (Halloumi grilled cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. At the same time, prepare the buttered vegetables according to the package instructions. Mix the cooked pasta with the buttered vegetables and tomato sauce. Place everything in a baking dish. Slice the halloumi and place it on top of the pasta mixture. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
