Pasta Dough – Lasagne Sheets
The perfect pasta dough – lasagne sheets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Durum wheat semolina
- 200 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg yolk
- 2 Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Knead a dough from all the ingredients. Cover and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Then process with the pasta machine or a rolling pin and bring into the desired shape. Either use it directly or let it dry for 8-10 hours.
