Pasta Dough – Lasagne Sheets

The perfect pasta dough – lasagne sheets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Durum wheat semolina
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 2 Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Knead a dough from all the ingredients. Cover and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Then process with the pasta machine or a rolling pin and bring into the desired shape. Either use it directly or let it dry for 8-10 hours.
