  • 1 piece Egg
  • 62,5 ml Water
  • 62,5 ml Whole milk
  • Salt
  1. 1) Mix the flour, egg, water and milk well. I just use the food processor for this. If you use the dough straight away – salt and mix. Otherwise dust with flour and store in a cool place. 2) Salt and mix well before preparation
