Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 170 g macaroni
  • 4 spring onions
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 130 g peas, frozen
  • Butter for the mold
  • 8 eggs
  • 55 ml milk
  • 25 g Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Brush a baking dish with butter. Slice the spring onions into rings. Dice the ham. Halve the tomatoes. Place everything in the baking dish and add the frozen peas. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper, milk, and Parmesan cheese, and whisk everything together. Add the pasta to the vegetable mixture, along with the egg mixture, and mix everything thoroughly. Bake the frittata on the middle rack for about 25 minutes.
