Pasta in curry-turkey sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 400 g minced turkey
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 ml broth
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • curry
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta. Peel, deseed, and dice the tomatoes. Wash the spring onions and slice them into approximately 3 cm wide rings. Brown the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Add the tomatoes and sauté briefly. Add the spring onions. Sauté briefly again. Pour in the broth. Let it reduce slightly. Add the sour cream and season again with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Drain the pasta. Mix the pasta with the sauce well and serve. Done! You can also add fresh herbs if desired (e.g., basil or parsley).
