Chicken and ham sauce with tagliatelle pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 400 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 60 g ham, cooked
  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 400 ml water
  • 3 tsp vegetable broth
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 5 tbsp sauce thickener, light
  • ½ tsp marjoram, dried
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the spring onions into rings, and cut the chicken and ham into thin strips. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the chicken fillet on all sides for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the ham and spring onions and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Stir in the water, broth, and cream. Bring everything to a boil and thicken with a sauce thickener. Season to taste. Add the marjoram to the sauce and let it simmer briefly.
