Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 200g Gorgonzola
- 6 figs, fresh
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 2 spring onions
- salt and pepper
- 50 g pine nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle pasta. Meanwhile, prepare the Gorgonzola sauce. Chop and fry the spring onions, add the crème fraîche and chopped Gorgonzola. Simmer briefly. Meanwhile, peel the figs, chop them, and add them. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the drained pasta and sprinkle with pine nuts. Toasting the pine nuts in a pan (without oil) beforehand is also delicious.
