Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with Parmesan
Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted water until al dente. Stir in all the other ingredients and fold in the still-warm Brussels sprouts. Delicious hot or cold.
