Pasta in Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • oil
  • 300 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Remove the rind from the Gorgonzola and dice finely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion over low heat, stirring until translucent. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Stir in the cheese cubes and melt over low to medium heat. Season the sauce with plenty of pepper and a little salt and keep warm until the pasta is ready. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and chop. Drain the pasta. Once well drained, toss with the sauce, sprinkle with the parsley, and serve immediately.
