Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta, small
  • salt water
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 cups cream, possibly reduced-fat
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp, levelled sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Heavenly delicious! Pasta with a twist

Wash the strawberries, place them in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, and mash with a fork. Set the mixture aside for 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and let it cool. Mix the strawberry mixture with the pasta. Add the salt and cream and mix thoroughly again. Sweeten with more sugar to taste, if desired.
