Pasta, minced meat and broccoli casserole

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some vegetable stock powder or beef stock powder
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated
  • 200 ml water
  • possibly fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta and chopped broccoli until al dente, brown the ground beef with the onions, mix the sour cream with the water and broth, and stir into the beef. Simmer briefly, then add the pasta and broccoli to the casserole dish, top with the ground beef, and then sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes.
