Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Add the pasta to boiling salted water, cook for 10 minutes, drain, and rinse with cold water. Finely dice the onion and bell pepper. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add the bell pepper and cleaned mushrooms and fry for a few minutes. Add the pasta, mix everything, and return to the heat. Whisk the eggs with the milk, season with salt and pepper, pour over the pasta, and let it set. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and let it melt.
