Pasta pan with broccoli and parmesan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of broccoli, approx. 500 g
  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
  • 200 g Parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Divide the broccoli into florets, peel the stalk, and slice. Boil in salted water until just tender. Then rinse in ice-cold water and drain well in a colander. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Fry in a pan with a little oil and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Once the pasta is lightly browned, deglaze with the cream and add the Parmesan. Stir over medium heat until the Parmesan is stringy. Finally, add the broccoli and return to the heat.
