  • ½ bunch asparagus, green
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g pasta, cooked al dente
  • 2 slices of processed cheese
  • 125 g cream cheese, plain or with herbs
  • 1 handful of wild garlic
  • salt and pepper

Trim the woody end of the asparagus and cut the stalks into 2 cm long pieces. Fry in hot olive oil until the asparagus still has a good bite. Place the asparagus pieces in a bowl. Reduce the heat. In the frying fat, stir the cream cheese and sliced ​​cheese with enough water until smooth and creamy. Add the asparagus and pasta to the cream, season lightly with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the finely chopped wild garlic. Heat until piping hot, then serve.
